DIRECT PAYMENTS TO PATENT OFFICES

We make direct payments to those patent authorities which allow it. This saves you unnecessary third party agent fees and is a safe and easy way to make sure that fees are paid. Where local agents are required, we utilize our global network of Patricia clients wherever possible. We are constantly evaluating agents as well as agent fees.

 

DIGITAL TRANSFERS

Digital data transfer is swift, easy and efficient, avoiding the possibility of human errors. For our clients also using the Patricia software, we conduct two-way XML digital transfers, as well as TXT or ZIP format transfers, all depending on the purpose of the file. This is easily configured via the flexible options which Patricia offers and leads to a very simple import/export in order to instruct, maintain and update your cases electronically.

 

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

We run a paperless office as far as possible. This includes:
o   Digital instructions to agents
o   Digital invoices from agents
o   Digital invoices to clients, if requested
o   Digital import of the cost per case, if requested


 
 

TRANSPARENCY

Our fees are all-inclusive, and based on three factors: non-negotiable official fees, agent fees and our service fee – we charge no extra for maintaining your data in our database. We provide you with current price lists for all countries upon your request, though please note that additional costs for document handling and courier charges may apply. Our currency exchange rates follow the official rates closely and are regularly updated. We will always be happy to provide you with our latest rates at your request. 24/7 access to your files can be arranged by acquiring our online Patricia Collaboration Portal.
