MY TERMS

The first page you see is the My Terms page. Here, you can view your terms, sort them by several different criteria and apply filters to the result. You can choose between different views to easily show captured information based on your preference of card view or list view.

CASE FINDER

You find yourself at a client meeting or at a conference and need access to case and name records for a particular case? You can easily locate the necessary case using the Patricia App’s easy to use search function.

Once you have located the case, you have access to detailed information from the case similar to the case summary you are used to in desktop Patricia. Simply touch the down arrow for each section listed and the section will expand revealing its data.

Need to see the associated documents? Those documents, it may be emails, word or PDF documents, are also accessible through this result, simply tap on the document you would like to view and Patricia App will download it to you tables for reviewing.

TIME LOGGING

While you are on the run or at a conference and need to capture those hours, time logging allows you to create clocks that are accessible both in Patricia App and the desktop Patricia. Where you can add clocks and start or stop previously created clocks. Review details of previously generated clocks and modify details relating to them before finally submitting them on the case for billing.
