A professional implementation project management team will be assigned to each new Patricia client to plan and execute the implementation according to a project plan jointly worked out between the parties, taking into consideration specific requirements, needs and goals for each individual project including installation, customization and conversion of data and links to other systems. For this purpose, Patrix makes use of its extensive experience in guiding its clients through the implementation process, beginning with the business review, training and workshop, conversion of data, connection to other systems, roll out and the subsequent vital support.
